thanks for giving us feedback akt.. fyi, the 4th Gen Nano has only recently come out, so not many people have said much about whether there have been glitches. However, as u mentioned battery and memory issues, the new Nano's memory is bigger, despite it costing less. As stated, the 8gb unit costs rm 599 and the 16gb unit costs rm799 (less than the 8gb 3rd gen nano's price). cheers mate.
